Distribution Associate

Global Alliance Distributors, a leader in distributing craft and artisanal spirits, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our premium products to clients across the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with distribution regulations for alcoholic beverages.

Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality before dispatching.

Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.

Requirements

Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and move packages as required.

Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
