Distribution Associate I - (Pharma/GMP)

The purpose of this position is responsible for preparing and monitoring all aspects of the distribution of clinical supplies for our customers

Your role at Clinigen :

• Followsstep by step instructionsto preparewaybills, and other needed documentation,for requests within the United States
• Reviewsshipping requests and documents for errors or missing information
• Performsaccurate data entry,createsmemos andothercorrespondence as requiredforaccuratedocumentation
• Workswith supervisor and the quality department to investigate and correct documentation errors
• Learnsand adheresto Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and CSM's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

• 1 year of related work experience in office setting
• 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Qualification

High School or equivalent
