• Role: As our Distinguished Full Stack Engineer , you'll build a high-performance, scalable product by rapidly shipping new features and optimizing performance across our entire technology stack.
• Product: We're transforming customer support with AI employees enabling businesses to manage customer service with just one person instead of 100+.
• Reports to: Head of Engineering
• Stage: Team of 20 people. Multi-million ARR business with 100% year-over-year growth. Backed by Sequoia Capital and already profitable.

• INR 30-50L per annum
• Equity: 0.1-0.5% with additional milestone-based grants

Requirements

As a Full Stack Developer at Richpanel, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing applications that power customer support for thousands of brands. You'll balance speed , quality , and efficiency to ensure an exceptional user experience while taking features from concept to production .

• Have 3+ years of full-stack development experience: Proven expertise with Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React.js) on the frontend, coupled with proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Solve problems, not just write code You analyze complex issues, break them down, and find the best solution .

• Ship features fast, but smartly Develop, test, and deploy 1-2 major features/improvements per month , ensuring quality and performance.
• Fix issues quickly Identify, debug, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks across the stack before they impact users.
• Write clean, modular code Ensure code is readable, maintainable, and scalable , making future development easier.
• Maintain high code quality Write and enforce unit and integration tests (~90%+ coverage) to catch issues early and prevent regressions.
• Manage data efficiently Design and optimize MongoDB and SQL schemas , ensuring data flows efficiently and queries run fast.
• Take ownership Break down tasks into realistic deliverables , prioritize effectively, and take features from idea to production without constant supervision.
• Embrace AI tools like Cursor Leverage AI-assisted coding, automation tools, and efficient workflows to ship faster without sacrificing quality .
