Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with our delivery team, sales associates, and customers, resolving issues proactively.
• Monitor and manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency and timely service.
• Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities and update internal systems accurately.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
• Proven experience as a scheduler or dispatcher, preferably in the furniture or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of relevant GPS tracking software systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
