Job Description

Thompson Hine is seeking a Discovery Attorney to join the Business Litigation practice group in any of its Ohio offices: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus or Dayton. Primary responsibilities include researching and analyzing recent court decisions and legal precedents to assist litigators in counseling client clients on e-discovery rules, procedures and obligations. A The Discovery Attorney also provides support for the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic information in litigation and assists in evaluating related digital forensics and information governance issues related to data security, privacy and records management.issues. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience.
