We are seeking an analytical and goal-oriented Director Supply Chain to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain, purchasing, and procurement activities

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to grow the supplier database

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize value

Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting

Implement process improvements and technological processes to enhance efficiency in line with the company's overall goals and objectives

Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals

Manage and mentor the supply chain and purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide

Submit weekly reports to upper management

Requirements

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Expertise in global supply chain management and international trade regulations

Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Mysis, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems (e.g. Sage)

Proven track record of improving supply chain processes

Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Certifications in supply chain management preferred
