Director of Operations (Home Care)

Eminence Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team in providing top-notch home care services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our clients while maximizing efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and compassionate workforce.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure the organization's financial health.
• Foster relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to promote high-quality care and satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational performance and client outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within the home healthcare or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
