About the role

We seek a passionate leader to join the Nitra team as the Director of Services. As the Director of Services at Nitra, you will design, implement, and manage how services are delivered to maximize value and success. You will work on diverse and challenging projects, collaborating closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role will require communication with clients.

Requirements

What will you do?

• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide expert guidance.
• Act as a trusted advisor for security-related questions and concerns.
• Design systems for efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our technical security and compliance services.
• Lead a team of onshore and nearshore resources.
• Directly deliver services to clients when additional support is needed.
• Assist with sales efforts for project scoping.

What do you need?

• At least 5+ years of experience in a consulting organization.
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams and projects
• Knowledge of common security frameworks and controls (NIST, CIS).
• Ability to lead teams in project excellence, process optimization, and mentorship
• Be a self-starter with an initiative for action; we do not micromanage.
• Speak confidently about your positions and recommendations backed by sound judgment and data.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment where open communication and constructive feedback are valued and actively contribute to individual and collective growth.

Nice to haves?

• We like leaders with technical chops.
• Experience with Microsoft security solutions
• Experience using native security services from AWS and Azure.
