L3Harris is seeking an experienced, proactive, and solutions-focused Director & Associate General Counsel ? Litigation to manage a broad range of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and pre-litigation disputes in global company environment. This role reports to the Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an array of programs to assist the in-house legal team in maximizing the value of the legal services provided to the company internally and procured externally.

The successful candidate will bring 12-15 years of best-in-class law firm and/or Fortune 500 in-house experience with a focus in litigation. Experience working in-house for Aerospace & Defense, Government Contracting and/or Technology companies is preferred.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to articulate, evaluate, and weigh business and legal risks to deliver practical advice and achieve successful outcomes. S/he will need the ability to oversee and lead multiple complex projects concurrently, manage competing priorities, and facilitate alignment between executive level stakeholders. S/he will be a strong strategic and analytically driven leader that will synthesize and communicate complex information into simple effective strategies up, down and across the enterprise. S/he will be adaptable, pragmatic, self-motivated, and decisive.
