Director Commercial Solar QA/QC

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Director, Commercial Solar QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control). As a leading solar design, engineering, and construction company, SES is committed to delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. As a Solar QAQC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects.

• Conduct quality inspections and audits for solar installations
• Perform visual inspections of installed solar components and electrical connections
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Create and maintain quality control documentation and reports
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to address any quality concerns or issues
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes
• Provide training and guidance to installation teams on quality practices and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality control or inspection role, preferably in the solar or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of solar industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Electrical knowledge to include codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to Travel
