Key Responsibilities:- Fully support office managing brokers and recruiters to build relationships and recruit top brokers to our company
- Assist office managing broker and office staff with providing a premier onboarding experience to our new brokers; welcoming them and ensuring their transition and setup goes smoothly and that they are set up for success
- In conjunction with our Learning & Engagement team, assist with developing and fully implementing training plans including small group and 1-1 training/coaching sessions focused on tech tools, marketing and implementing business plans
- Work as an accountability partner to new brokers joining our company to hold the broker to their agreed upon business plan, activities and training schedules
- Focus on agent retention through broker training and support on company tools and resources and partnership with affiliated business partners
- Possess strong awareness of company tools and resources that drive productivity/sales and boost agent engagement
- Support office and company events
- Positively support the office, brokers and company culture
- 3-5 years real estate sales experience
- Management background and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Illinois Real Estate Broker's License required
