Direct Care Worker

The Mental Health Association is hiring immediately for motivated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential team. Direct Care Workers are entry level and require no previous experience. We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in helping people live their best life.

The direct care worker is responsible for supporting residents with the completion of daily living activities such as meal preparation, household maintenance, transportation, and active engagement in the individual's treatment plan.

Working Schedule:

We currently have openings for specific shifts, including:

• 28 hours (temp) Thurs/Fri 9a-3p, Sat 10a-2p, Sun 9a-5p
• 12 hours, Sun & Mon 5pm-11pm
• 20 hours, Tues-Sat 7pm-11pm

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Must have sufficient auto insurance with your name listed on the policy as an insured driver
• Must be able to pass a background/CORI check
• Must be at least 18 years old
