Direct Care Worker

Eminence Home Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to fill the role of Caregiver/PCA. In this pivotal position, you will provide vital support to clients in their homes, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible. Your tasks will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and providing companionship. • Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Document and report changes in clients' health and status to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Develop strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and genuine compassion for clients and their needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
