Your Role:
As a Dining Server, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our residents and their families. This position requires a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to actively listen to our guests' needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to patient needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service that enhances the dining experience
