In this role, you will:

For Commercial Credit (2 positions):

Spearhead AI/ML and Generative AI innovations to transform the Commercial Credit Memo process using tools like nCino, Moody?s Analytics, and SAS Credit Scoring.

Streamline and automate credit underwriting, origination, and memo preparation with systems like Fiserv Loan Origination System and Black Knight Empower.

Champion Generative AI to enhance the accuracy and speed of credit memo creation.

Collaborate with credit officers, underwriters, and tech teams to ensure solution delivery and adoption.

For Commercial Banking Sales Enablement (1 position):

Drive AI/ML solutions to optimize sales channels, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen relationships in the Commercial Banking Sales Division using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Leverage CRM tools like Dynamics and Salesforce to enhance data-driven sales strategies and improve performance.

Use AI/ML to personalize customer interactions and enhance customer relationships.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align AI/ML solutions with their needs.

Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in digital product management, particularly within financial services.

Experience in organizations undergoing product transformation.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Finance (Master?s preferred).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

AI/ML expertise and familiarity with financial services tools like Salesforce, Fiserv, nCino, and Black Knight Empower.

Knowledge of credit underwriting and origination processes for Commercial Credit positions.

Experience with CRM tools like Dynamics and Salesforce for the Sales Enablement role.
