Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative and fast-growing DTC eCommerce startup as we launch a transformative health and wellness brand! In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Founder/CMO to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and retention through integrated campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, social media, SEO, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting skills and a fearless desire to break old molds and disrupt the status quo!

Job Details:

• Title: Digital Marketing Manager
• Salary: $80K - $100K DOE
• Requirements: 3+ years exp
• Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, surveys, and review requests.
• Optimize email and SMS workflows in Klaviyo to boost retention, reduce churn, and drive upselling opportunities.
• Conduct continuous testing and refinement of workflows to improve engagement and performance metrics.
• Execute A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and timing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Establish, manage and report appropriate KPIs to assess campaign performance and rationalize marketing ROI
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Subscription Management and loyalty programs).
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn, leveraging insights from subscription and purchase data.
• Develop and test incentives and loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to ensure brand alignment and cohesive messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 35 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and marketing automation tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with a passion for bold, creative experimentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles (a plus).
• Creative thinker who stays updated on industry trends.
