We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to acquire and retain players for our exciting portfolio of games. You will work closely with the game development and community teams to achieve key marketing objectives and drive player growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Research consumer behavior and market trends within the gaming industry to tailor marketing strategies. This involves understanding gaming demographics, player preferences, and emerging trends.
- Optimize app store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals) to improve app visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (game development, community, customer support) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in gaming companies.
- Strong understanding of the Indian gaming market (including cultural aspects and consumer behavior) and marketing channels.
- Proven experience in managing successful social media, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing campaigns.
