Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support the Growth Marketing team across two fashion brands. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in paid media, email and SMS marketing, creative strategy, and eCommerce merchandising. What You?ll Do

• Maintain a weekly competitive ad inspiration deck featuring top-performing creative from fashion and lifestyle brands
• Monitor competitor launches, promotions, and messaging trends across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Audit ads and landing pages to ensure messaging, imagery, and product selection are aligned
• Verify featured products are in stock and merchandised correctly
• Input approved ad and email concepts into creative request boards and help track deliverables
• Assist with email and SMS campaign setup, QA, and flow updates in Klaviyo and Attentive
• Support reporting and summarize key marketing insights and learnings
• Assist with AI tool trials and feedback management

• Direct mentorship from the Director of Growth Marketing
• Hands-on experience across paid media, CRM, and retention marketing
• Exposure to the inner workings of fashion eCommerce
• Meaningful ownership over real marketing initiatives

Ideal for students or recent graduates interested in performance marketing, creative strategy, and fashion.

Requirements Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital marketing, fashion, and eCommerce
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and strong creative intuition
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo or Attentive is a plus
• Available for 3-5 days a week
