IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Digital Functional Expert HR at Envalior, you will be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the HR domain of the IT functions. In this role, you will design and implement information solutions that maximize business value by integrating both existing and new technologies within HR. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of HR processes, solutions, and technology to support Envalior's business lines, HR Department, and Service Units effectively.

You will make key contributions to Envalior

  • Drive improvements in HR processes such as Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Learning & Development.
  • Standardize and harmonize HR functions from a digital perspective based on HR department needs.
  • Identify and introduce new functionalities and technologies to enhance HR capabilities.
  • Simplify and improve HR data exchanges and interfaces, ensuring smooth and secure information flow.
  • Spot opportunities for system enhancements and increased operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to customize HR systems to meet specific business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with various SAP SuccessFactors modules in the HR domain.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
