Digital Director

PLUS Communications is a full-service communications firm based in Arlington, Virginia. PLUS Communications leads award-winning campaigns integrating public affairs, corporate communications, digital, advertising and media buying. PLUS means more! PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Director to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day. Responsibilities will include:

• Execute digital strategies for public affairs clients, translating senior leadership direction into effective campaigns
• Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables
• Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing content, campaign execution, and performance tracking
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring strong team output
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Design and Digital Advertising, to develop and launch campaign assets
• Draft and edit client-facing materials, including content, reports, and presentations

Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• 4-6 years experience
• Previous experience working at an agency is preferred
• Exceptional writing ability
• Proven track-record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels
• Experience using digital/social media tools for issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns
• Ability to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Previous experience with digital marketing, political campaigns and/or public affairs projects
• Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
