Digital Data & Analytics Manager

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Digital Data & Analytics Manager to join the digital team for the duration of the 2026 election cycle. This position requires relocation to the Atlanta, GA area and a hybrid work schedule of at least three days a week in the office.

• Lead analytical, reporting and data projects supporting the digital fundraising and engagement team.
• Build and maintain live dashboards and reporting tools.
• Manage list segmentation and data fusion projects.
• Find insights and optimization opportunities across digital engagement, fundraising and advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years working in business intelligence, data engineering, analytics or reporting roles focused on marketing, fundraising, advertising or similar.
• Experience building reporting and visualizations in Google Data Studio, Tableau or other business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Expert level knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with MySQL databases.
• No experience on political campaigns required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience with:

• Programming languages such as Python or PHP.
• Votebuilder or similar voter file applications.
• AI APIs such as OpenAI or Claude.
• ActionKit, NGP, or ActBlue APIs.
• Google Analytics.
