Citizens State Bank is seeking a customer-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Banking Specialist I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance for our digital banking platforms. You will work closely with customers to help them navigate and maximize the benefits of our digital banking services. This is a full-time position based in our Hudson office, but there may be opportunities for remote work or hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities of the Digital Banking Specialist I include:

  • Provide comprehensive support for digital banking products and services through phone, in-person, online conversations, and website requests for both external and internal customers.
  • Maintain customer cash management files, including ACH transactions, remote deposit annual reviews, and customer self-audits
  • Provide back up for Cash Management Service and products.
  • Review and approve mobile and remote deposit checks that are flagged for suspension.
  • Offer backup support for online account opening processes, public website management, Quantum inquiries, and telephone voice response system administration.
  • Assist the AVP - Digital Banking and team members with various projects, assignments, and other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with various digital platforms and technologies. Previous experience in customer service or technical support in the banking industry is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

Qualified candidates for the Digital Banking Specialist I position should have:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient support
  • Proficiency in using various digital platforms and technologies
  • Knowledge of bank operations and procedures
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
