Diesel Mechanic

Qualified applicants must have experience working as a Diesel Mechanic. Applicants must have experience working on diesel truck engines, heavy equipment and must a minimum of 3 years of experience. All applicants must have their own tools.

Duties:
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts, including mechanical or electrical equipment.
Read and interpret diagnostice test results to identify mechanical issues.
Preform basic maintenance, such as changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires.
Inspect vehicles, including the engine, transmission, steering, brake systems and lighting systems. -Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace.
Self-motivated person required.

Schedule:

10 hour shift

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 4050 per week

Requirements

Requirements:
Previous experience as a diesel mechanic with a minimum 3 years of experience or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of diesel mechanic techniques and procedures.
Ability to read work orders, using techinal manuals and charts to plan work procedures.
Skilled in welding. - Keeps detailed records of all vechicles serviced.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
