DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our development processes and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing cloud environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing database operations.

Requirements

1. Infrastructure and Automation:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of development and operations for efficient software delivery.
2. Cloud Services Management:
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Optimize cloud resource utilization for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
3. Database Management:
• Maintain and optimize database systems for high availability and performance.
• Support database operations, including backups, migrations, and disaster recovery.
4. Environment Development:
• Develop and manage multiple deployment environments (development, staging, production) to ensure smooth transitions and updates.
5. Code Versioning and Collaboration:
• Manage version control systems, particularly Git, to ensure robust code management and collaboration across teams.
6. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Perform root cause analysis and fix deployment or runtime issues promptly.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the DevOps field.
• Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar capacity.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of database management and operations.
• Strong knowledge of code versioning tools , particularly Git.
• Experience in scripting and automation using tools like Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
