We are looking for a technology professional with experience between 4-6 years with great problem solving skill and entrepreneurial attitude, and is an out-of-the-box thinker. What your current role should be like:

• Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform.
• Manage configuration using Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency on cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.

• Drive automation efforts using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Deploy and maintain stateful services (databases, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch) on Kubernetes in non-prod environments.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Google Cloud Build, or Spinnaker.
• Automate deployment promotion pipelines across multiple environments.

• Set up and maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
• Build and optimize monitoring alerts to minimize false alarms and maximize reliability.

• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as VPC, Compute, Database, Document Storage, and Messaging Queues.
• Design and implement scalable architectures on GCP/AWS.

• Collaborate with peers as a subject matter expert in cloud, virtualization, containers, and automation.
• Actively contribute to creating engineering tools, dashboards, and system monitoring solutions.

What will you do?

• Work closely with Development teams to implement and automate systems and architectures.
• Drive Automation efforts across the organization utilizing containerized deployment on Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure automation with Terraform.
• Automate deployment using promotion pipelines across multiple environments with Spinnaker/Jenkins/GCP Build.
• Deploy and maintain stateful services on Kubernetes, we run databases, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch etc. on non-prod environments in kubernetes.
• Setup and maintain monitoring of systems via Prometheus and Grafana to be on top of all production systems, go one step further with automated healing.
• Configuration Management through Puppet, chef or similar tools.
• Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) tools such as Jenkins/Google Cloud build/Spinnaker.
• Develop and maintain scalable architecture solutions using Cloud Providers such as GCP and AWS.
• Optimize GCP/AWS usage to get maximum cost benefit from the deployed resources.
• Collaborate with your peers as a subject matter expert on cloud, containers, virtualization technologies, automation and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Linux, Networking, Google/AWS stack, Docker, automation/scripting (Bash, Ruby, Python).
• Should have expertise in building engineering tools, system dashboards and monitoring alerts (ELK, StackDriver, CloudWatch). Avoid false alarms without missing actual ones. Monitor dependencies, integrations (APIs).
• Hands-on experience with cloud services like VPC, Compute, Database, Document Storage, Messaging queues, etc.

What do you have?

• B. Tech/ M. Tech/MCA from a premier institute with a minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps.
• Professional level cloud certifications in GCP/AWS are desirable but not mandatory.
• Passionate to solve challenges, take ownership and learn fast.
• Fast learner and stay up to date on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate and work in a start-up environment and go the extra mile.
• You have the ability to develop clear & concise documentation.
