DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS and Kubernetes to join our dynamic engineering team. This role demands hands-on experience in building, managing, and scaling infrastructure in cloud-native environments, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Manage and optimize production-grade Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed) clusters.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and manage configuration with Ansible.

Work with Docker for containerization and orchestration workflows.

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Develop scripts and automation tools using Shell, Python, or similar languages.

Ensure secure deployment practices and manage secrets across environments.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve system reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

Strong hands-on expertise in AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.

Proven experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting in production.

Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.

Experience with Docker and container lifecycle management.

Strong scripting capabilities in Shell or Python.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices and secrets management (e.g., Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.

Exposure to GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
