Dental Receptionist

Join our dynamic team as a Dental Front Desk professional! We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to manage our front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. This role is essential in providing seamless experiences and outstanding customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.

HOURS/DAYS:

Mon 7:30 - 5:00 (1 ? hour lunch daily!!)

TUES: 8:30 - 7:00 (on the daily lunch, the doctor goes to the hospital, which is 2 blocks away, and you can go with him and get a free lunch)

WEDS 8:00 - 7:00

THURS: 8:00 - 6:00

FRI: 7:30 - 3:30, depending on end as this is surgery day (Breakfast AND Lunch on this day is bought by the doctor for everyone)

Every 3rd SATURDAY 9:00 -12:00 (and on that week, you are off on WEDS)

This is a 40-hour week. If you work overtime, it is rare, but pay is time and a half.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay is twice a month on the 6thand 21st
