Dental Assistant

Comprehensive Mobile Care is looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our innovative mobile dental team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional dental care to patients in a mobile setting, focusing on convenience and patient comfort. As a Dental Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include preparing treatment areas, assisting the dentist during various procedures, taking dental x-rays, and maintaining patient records. • Set up and prepare treatment rooms and ensure the sterilization of instruments.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
• Take and develop dental x-rays following safety protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in their records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Help manage appointments and schedule follow-up visits for patients.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver compassionate care and excellent service to patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and terminology.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a mobile work environment and manage multiple tasks.
