Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a Demand Planning Executive to support the Huda Beauty Americas Planning teams, with responsibilities including, but not limited to sales forecasts, inventory management, newness buying/order placement & performance/ad hoc reporting for each business unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly sales reporting for the business, sharing performance against internal + retailer forecast/expectation
• Monthly consolidation of retailer sales reports for S&OP prep
• Support buying/ordering process, working closely with Planning/Sales + Retailer teams
• Collecting and consolidating newness forecasts from retailers
• Tracking retailer forecasts submitted/outstanding against deadlines for launches
• Tracking inbound newness inventory and availability against inbound deadlines
• Requesting and tracking retailer launch orders
• Prep backup data file for Bi-Weekly Sell In Estimate report
• Weekly updates on Radial out of stock skus / back in stock ETAs
• Review and make recommendations on ad-hoc inventory requests: transfers/gratis/marketing/etc
• Updating weekly retailer in stock reporting and partnering with retailers on inventory pushes or booster orders where needed
• Monthly refresh of assortment updates/discontinued products and retailer RTV report
• RTV documentation tracking
• Additional projects as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years in similar role within a D2C / B2B business
• Experience and familiarity with retail mathematics and analyzing large data sets, blending data from a variety of sources
• Strong excel skills and proven ability to build reporting dashboards from scratch
• Excellent attention to detail
• Beauty or lifestyle experience preferred
• Team player willing to wear many hats and thrives in a scrappy environment
• Availability to attend conference calls with international markets
