We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to drive our demand generation marketing and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing,this is a new role and will own the full-funnel demand generation strategy, working closely with sales and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. This role is a great opportunity for someone with proven demand generation experience in an inbound-led motion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels including content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, and digital advertising
  • Own pipeline generation targets and work closely with sales to define and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes
  • Drive continuous growth in trial signups and demo requests while maintaining target CAC
  • Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad copy, creative, and landing pages
  • Create and optimize conversion paths for different customer segments and buyer personas
  • Manage monthly digital advertising budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad assets
  • Implement tracking and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS paid acquisition campaigns
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through multichannel demand generation programs
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising metrics and attribution modeling
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $50k+
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platform analytics)
  • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and budget allocation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the customer service or help desk software industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with video advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles and purchase decision-making
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and/or LinkedIn advertising certifications

This role is based in Austin, Texas. We work a hybrid work schedule:
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our East Austin office
Remote: Monday and Friday
