Job Description
The New York office is and the Washington, DC offices are seeking highly qualified attorneys with two (2) to six (6) years of project debt finance experience experience, with a focus on energy and infrastructure at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in drafting and negotiation of negotiating financing documents for domestic and/or international project financings, debt finance deals (including credit agreements, depositary agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, etc.), as well as project contract experience in reviewing and project development experience. Will also consider candidates drafting commercial (aka ?project?) documents.
