Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Day Porter to join our team in the Janitorial industry. As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our client's facilities. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
Monitor and replenish restroom supplies
Ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitized
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
Follow established safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
