Data Strategy Leader

Requirements

• Build enterprise data strategy to help R&D Informatics organization achieve their objectives

• Lead customer conversations, represent Zifo in strategic conversations around customer's digital,data strategy

• Hands-on involvement in developing data models and architecture for critical engagements

• Develop business, information, and technical artifacts in relation to data architecture

• Research, assess & provide recommendations on technology platforms & standards and best practices

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and help obtain approvals from senior leadership

• Help customers estimate, plan, and prioritize data architecture programs

• Help customers leverage data to drive their AI strategy

• Work closely with Zifo Leadership as a team to support pre-sales discussions and help customers build confidence with Zifo

• Deliver guidance and oversight for project teams

• Be the key strategic consultant for a customer, and nurture relationship with key organizational leaders in the industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics).

• Over 15+ years of experience working in the data management/data architecture space

• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role with enterprise data strategy projects
• Strong understanding with FAIR, Ontology, ALCOA principles

• Proven experience with key technology the solutions used for Data management (Storage, Exchange, Engineer, Catalog, Monitor, Access Control, Visualization & Analytics)

• Proven experience with Life sciences industry, pref. in Clinical, Translational, CMC, CGT domains

• Strong understanding of opportunities, challenges and capabilities to achieve Data for AI vision

• Proven experience in Global Delivery model in the capacity of a product / services provider

• Proven experience with designing, developing and implementing enterprise solutions

• Plugged-in to emerging commercial and open-source technologies & solutions e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Immuta, Collibra

• Experience working with industry standards such as Allotrope, CDISC, SDTM, SLAS, IDMP

• Strong collaborations skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and a self-starting, proactive approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change towards a data-driven mindset.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Problem solving & analytical thinking and decision-making skills
