What you will do:

Model Development and Analysis:

• Dive into real-world data to design and develop machine learning models for credit scoring, risk assessment, fraud detection, and more.
• Support the calibration of model parameters and the optimisation of business logic.
• Ensure models provide meaningful, actionable insights that help drive key business decisions.

Data Exploration and Insights:

• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improving existing models, scorecards, and processes.
• Collaborate with the team to create automated reports and dashboards that track how models are performing and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Model Infrastructure and Automation:

• Maintain and improve the infrastructure supporting the development, deployment, and production lifecycle of machine learning models.
• Participate in automating workflows for tasks like model training, validation, and monitoring.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proven experience as a model developer in machine learning and statistical analysis projects.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL.
• Interest and experience in fintech and credit modelling is a bonus.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
• Eager to collaborate and grow in a team that values proactivity, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Great communication skills, both for discussing technical solutions and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
