Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to build ML models focused on improving our customer experience by reducing mean time to detection/resolution of customer issues. This position requires a solid understanding of NLP, Machine learning and data engineering concepts.
Responsibilities
Develop NLP / Machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and optimization.
Implement algorithms and methodologies to solve specific business problems, such as customer ticket clustering, capacity planning, sentiment analysis and anomaly detection etc.
Validate and fine-tune models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability using the well-defined industry metrics.
Deploy models into production environments and ensure their accuracy is not compromised over the period of time.
Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Perform data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the underlying data and its characteristics.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and objectives.
