About the Role:

We are a leading tile distribution company seeking a Data Management Specialist to manage and optimize our data processes using SAP Business One. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing data accuracy, maintenance, and integrity across our supply chain, inventory, and sales operations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring data quality and supporting data-driven decision-making within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management in SAP Business One: Manage data entry, updates, and maintenance within SAP Business One, ensuring accuracy across inventory, sales orders, customer information, and product databases.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and consistency, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain high data integrity.
• Inventory Data Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, track stock movements, and ensure accurate product data, supporting efficient distribution processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing, sales and warehouse, teams to support data requirements and ensure accurate data flow throughout the organization.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes within SAP Business One, including data entry procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data management, preferably within a distribution or supply chain environment.
• Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Business One is highly desirable, data management tools (e.g., Excel), is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with various departments.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple data projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the tile distribution or building materials industry.
