What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be?

Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department

Purchase order review and order entry.

Confirm order acknowledgements to sales reps.

Your Education Should Be?

High School Diploma or GED

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require?

Sitting for hours at a time

Reviewing computer screen for hours at a time.

Able to walk to the production floor for clarification on material

Your Professional Experience Should Be?

Minimum of two years administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with ERP system.

Effective written and verbal communication skills Use of order entry in an ERP system. (Baan preferred) Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
