Job Description

TechOp Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Perform detailed analysis of datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to derive actionable insights
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, using Excel charts, graphs, and pivot tables.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches
Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree
1-5 years of data analysis experience.

Desirable Skills:

Intermediate Microsoft PowerBI proficiency
Python and/or SQL experience
Business Process Improvement experience
Supply Chain, Telematics, and/or Fleet/Asset Management experience

Required Clearances:

CBP Public Trust Clearance or DOD Top Secret Clearance
