Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who is adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable working across multiple projects and business functions. Unlike a dedicated role tied to one domain, this position will rotate/support across different projects as business priorities shift, making it ideal for someone who's curious, eager to build breadth, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to different business contexts, datasets, and stakeholder needs
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data for ad-hoc and recurring requests
• Assist in building reports, dashboards, and trackers using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks across varied datasets
• Collaborate with senior analysts and project leads to understand requirements and translate them into analysis
• Document findings clearly and present basic insights to internal stakeholders
• Learn and apply domain-specific logic (e.g., supply chain, marketing, operations, finance) as needed per project
• Assist with Python-based scripts for automation, data processing, or basic analysis under guidance
• Flag data inconsistencies or gaps proactively and suggest improvements

• 1?3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, basic subqueries)
• Basic to intermediate Python skills (Pandas, data manipulation fundamentals)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• High adaptability, comfortable switching between projects with minimal ramp-up time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn new tools, business domains, and analytical methods quickly
