Job Overview
The National Gridiron League is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Team Director to lead our dynamic dance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the dance team, from choreography and performance to team development and management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a creative vision for performances, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement choreography for team performances, ensuring routines are engaging and align with the league's branding.
• Conduct auditions, selecting talented dancers who embody the spirit and values of the National Gridiron League.
• Organize and lead regular practice sessions, providing instruction and feedback to dancers.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment that encourages personal growth and teamwork.
• Coordinate appearances and performances at games, community events, and promotional activities.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the team, including scheduling rehearsals, tracking attendance, and maintaining communication with dancers.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure seamless integration of dance performances into game-day experiences.
• Stay updated on dance trends and techniques to continuously evolve the team's performance style.
