Job Description

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into CRM solutions.
Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes.
Implementing and deploying CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
Training and supporting end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Creating documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
Conducting workshops and presentations to demonstrate CRM capabilities.

Requirements

Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and requirements.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
Project Management: Ability to manage CRM projects from inception to completion.
Training and Support: Providing guidance and support to end-users.
Web Development: ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery
Database Management: MS SQL Server, LINQ.
Software Development: SSRS, ADX Portals/D365 Portals

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and implementation.
Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
