Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
