Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with navigating our financial products and services.
  • Resolve billing, account, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in our service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer use, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
