Customer Service Representative

Isotopia is a global biotech company manufacturing key ingredients for pharmaceutical cancer drugs. At our US headquarters in Indianapolis, we are next door to our key customers, delivering our products just in time, each day, every day. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the customer orders, informing on product logistics, and ensuring customer / product success. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organization skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the radiopharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with reliable customers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

• Maintain prompt communications with customers and the sales team to communicate sales, logistics, successful delivery of final products, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, US DOT, and applicable regulatory guidelines during transportation and storage.
• Manage documentation related to logistics, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, temperature logs, and chain-of-custody records.
• Assist in audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve issues, and proactively address potential disruptions in deliveries.
• Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce lead times, and manage transportation costs.
• Stayup-to-datewith relevant regulations and guidelines governing the procurement, handling, and transportation of radiopharmaceutical materials.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to customers, including licenses, quality control reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure seamless final product flow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or logistics within the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards specific to pharmaceutical materials and distribution.
• Proven experience in customer management, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relations skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
