Summary or overview of jobduties:

Pay rate is $17 per hour, $17-$18.50 per hour after training.

Classroom training is in our Piscataway office.The remainder of training and beyond are remote indefinitely.Everyone should plan to be in the office for one month.

We are an inbound call center that processes mark out requests for excavation purposes.All candidates must enjoy customer serviceand answering incoming calls.He/she must have the ability to accurately type aminimum of 35 wpm.The employee must project a professional image through phoneand personal interaction.He/she must be able to troubleshoot problems andprovide resolution to our client's inquiries.In addition this positionrequires a detail oriented individual with excellent attendance.

Requirements

Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customerscomplete locate requests and/or resolve customer questions
  • Process web tickets and respond to web chatrequests
  • Monitor EIs and call out backup messages asnecessary
  • Present and discuss the products andservices of the company to customers
  • Perform other duties asassigned

Job requirements

  • Minimum accurate data entry of 35wpm
  • Ability to work independently in a highvolume, detail oriented environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • Ability to prioritize work andmulti-task
  • Consistent attendance and stable workhistory
  • Ability to work and change with dynamicprofessional environment
  • Consistently meets or exceeds KPIs
