Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with the management and updating of customer data in the CRM system.
