Customer Account Representative

Byrider- Customer Account Rep- 2600 N 20th Ave, Wausau, WI 54401 Kocourek Byrider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented?Customer Account Representative?to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization. • Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence
• Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately
• Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns
• Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries
• Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met
• Communicate potential risks or trends to management
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

• Customer service background desired
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
• Basic knowledge of lending and financing practices?a plus.

• Full-time (40 hours)
• 100% onsite
• No Sundays
• 5 day work week, Mon-Sat with a weekday off
• Location hours: Monday - Friday 9-7, Sat 9-4
• Shifts will vary
