CSR - evenings and weekends

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We are currently seeking a CSR to work evenings and weekends at our convenience store. As a CSR at Enerbase, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operation, providing friendly and efficient service to our customers during peak hours.

In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, restock shelves, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. You will also promote our products and services, ensuring our patrons have a positive shopping experience. Enerbase values customer satisfaction and community engagement, making this position crucial to our mission. FT or PT positions available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
