We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team! Builders Capital is seeking a talented CRM Manager with deep experience in HubSpot to lead the ongoing management, optimization, and training of our CRM platform. This role is critical to ensuring our sales, marketing, and operations teams are fully equipped to leverage HubSpot to drive business results.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and sequences that enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and key departments.
  • Lead training sessions and develop documentation to promote CRM adoption and best practices across teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, automations, and system configurations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with HubSpot technical support and other CRM-related vendors.

Requirements

  • HubSpot experience required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing a CRM, with specific expertise in HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience building customized dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and empowering others.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in construction lending, real estate finance, or a related industry is a plus (but not required).
