Job Description
- Assist in drafting and negotiating various corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and perform research on legal matters related to corporate transactions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
- Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- 2-4 years of relevant transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
